The Church Empowerment Program at Open Gate Foundation exists to provide cross-denominational church networks, community organizations, and indigenous ministries with the tools they need to flourish operationally.

We recognize that many local ministries struggle not from a lack of vision, but from limited resources, tracking tools, and administrative training. As a dedicated parachurch bridge, we step into that gap to provide intense capacity building, organizational development training, resource stewardship oversight, and a comprehensive platform for mobilizing specialized outreaches into institutions that standard local congregations struggle to reach effectively on their own.
