Open Gate Foundation works with vulnerable communities, Christian leaders, women, children and families across Africa to create sustainable transformation through faith-centered development.

Open Gate Foundation (OGF) is a faith-based parachurch organization committed to holistic transformation through Christian ministry, theological education, leadership development, global missions, child sponsorship, and community empowerment. As a parachurch ministry, we operate outside and across denominational boundaries to engage in social welfare, evangelism, and cross-cultural missions. We seek to come alongside the local Church to specialize in high-impact programs, specialized services, and training systems that individual congregations may not be able to resource or execute fully on their own. Founded on biblical principles of compassion, stewardship, justice, and service, Open Gate Foundation exists to respond to both the spiritual and practical challenges facing vulnerable individuals, families, churches, and communities across Kenya and Africa. We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity, value, and purpose. Our work seeks to create opportunities for individuals, churches, and communities to flourish spiritually, socially, educationally, and economically.
Open Gate Foundation embraces a holistic approach to transformation. We recognize that poverty and vulnerability affect multiple dimensions of life. Therefore, our programs seek to address spiritual, educational, social, and economic needs simultaneously. By addressing root causes rather than symptoms alone, we seek to create long-term and sustainable change.
